A town of rival inventors are competing to develop the first flying machine when a salesman comes to town boasting a one-of-a-kind steam powered engine at the price of a whopping three pounds. Believing it is the final component needed to complete their flying machines, the local inventors race to purchase the new device. However, obtaining the funds to do so proves not such an easy task.

OBJECTIVE: OBTAIN THREE POUNDS AND BE THE FIRST TO PURCHASE THE STEAM ENGINE.

Begin your turn by either playing a card from your hand into the bank or by force playing the top card of the deck into the bank. The top card of the deck cannot be added to your hand, it must be played—for better or for worse. If a common card is played, add it to the bank. If an action card is played, place it on the bench in front of the player. Follow the actions stated on the cards. Note: some cards have no actions.

The next player continues their turn in the same fashion, playing either from their hand or force playing the top card of the deck. This continues until someone wins the game. The game should move quickly once the players are familiar with the cards.

Comes with a deck, a rulesheet, and a small blank box to store future expansions.
