Description
After what seemed like years at sea, your ship comes upon an uninhabited island. You make it through the rocks to discover pristine beaches, lush forests, and a shimmering lake. You return to tell the crew and realize you weren't the only ship to discover the island. Many may have discovered it, but who will colonize it first? Whoever does will become the Island Villagers.
Island Villagers is an area-control, colonization, action-taking, combat game. The goal of the game is to score the most Colonization Points by controlling the best colony of villages. Colonization Points are scored based on:
- how many villages you have
- where those villages are located
- how many meeples occupy each village
- how many battles you've won
