Remember Sorry – that classic game of being a total jerk to your friends? It’s Nothing Personal is like Sorry’s bad-influence uncle who gives Sorry too many sips of beer and buys him nunchucks for Christmas. With It’s Nothing Personal, there’s no more crossing your fingers and hoping you draw the right card that will allow you to ruin your opponents’ lives. You can do that any time you wish! And with support for up to eight players, you can spread the hate around to ALL of your friends!
At its core, It’s Nothing Personal is a race-to-the finish game, but after every turn, you have the option to send an opponent back a few spaces or place an obstacle in their path. Of course, you could always just not make waves and choose to move yourself forward a few spaces or place a benefit on your own path instead. But see how many people remember that “kindness” when it’s time to vote.
That’s right, at the end of each round of turns, there’s a non-secret vote to determine who should move back several spaces. This is your chance to convince the others to gang up on the player who’s winning, the player who’s being the biggest jerk, or the super-irritating player who just won’t shut up about his new Tesla.
Oh, and don't expect to find a theme in It’s Personal either. No pirates. No space ships. No clans of elves with magical pants or whatever. Just pawns, a die, cards, and good old-fashioned vengeance.
