Let’s Circle Back is a consulting-themed team building card game that empowers you to break down barriers and build up trust with your teams by connecting through storytelling, using prompts any consultant can relate to.

Here’s how it works:

Each round, the judge reads aloud a Conversation Card and all players provide their response. If you don’t have an answer, you can always say “Let’s Circle Back” to skip your turn. The judge picks their favorite answer and awards the storyteller their first Rank Card. The judge role rotates among the players. The first player to get from Intern to Partner wins. But don't forget, Early Promotion Cards and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Cards throw in twists along the way. Your path to Partner requires hard work, but also a bit of chance. Sounds like the real world of consulting, right?

A: Let’s Circle Back is printed on a Made-to-Order basis. We’re doing this with sustainability in mind, we don’t want to print more copies of the game than we have demand for! With that being said, when you order your game on TheGameCrafter, it’ll go in the queue for printing and may take a couple weeks to be printed and shipped.
