How do you play?
Much like UNO, you can play a card on the pile if it is the same color or if your fraction is equivalent to the one just played. By practicing equivalent fractions as a game it makes learning fractions much more fun and can take away the stigma that fractions have for many young people.
A Fun Twist
"The Take Half My Cards" card makes the game exciting and fun with some strategy of when to play your options.
Why is it so pricey?
Since there are alot of cards in a single deck [108!], to keep the cost down for teachers and families, the instructions are printed on the box instead of being a separate piece of paper for you to lose. You can download the pdf directions in the link below.
