Description

Maze Gambit is an abstract strategy game. Opposing factions of Wizards, Rogues and Knights navigate a maze of wooden planks over a chasm as they try to find and capture each other. Every turn, players change the maze, opening up new corridors and closing off others. Like in chess, players try to capture their opponent's pieces, but there's a catch: certain pieces can only be captured by certain other pieces. Knights slay Wizards, Wizards reveal Rogues, and Rogues assassinate Knights.

Maze Gambit can be played as either a fast-paced game with a timer, or as a more thought-intensive game where players plan ahead with every move and think about the optimum way to trap their opponent.
