Welcome to the neighborhood. Will you escape or become a new resident of the Haunted Prison? With rooms moving about in an instant, you truly are in a Maze of Ghosts.
Maze of Ghosts is played using two different player roles and three decks of cards. A single player takes on the role of Overseer. All other players take on the role of Survivors. Each deck of cards represents a choice the Survivor can make. Each card in a deck represents an outcome of the choice made.
Take on the role of Overseer and manipulate the fate of Survivors. As an overseer, the goal is to remove all survivors from the maze due to death. Ghosts and disasters are the key to achieving victory. Create your maze by constructing 3 decks of cards and watch as the survivors are eliminated.
Having survived a journey into the maze, a Survivor will attempt an escape. Scavenge for relics and attain fortune to survive once more and make a journey back home. Make each choice count and avoid the ghosts of the haunted prison.
Ghosts are the remains of the living, trapped within the maze as it changes. One a ghost finds a target, it will attach itself to that being. If conditions are right, the ghost will feed.
Relics are items of spiritual energy that are scattered throughout the maze. These relics call out to Survivors. When it comes down to life or death, a relic may just change the hand of fate.
It was a disaster that led you to the maze, but don't allow further disasters to make you a permanent resident. Seek fortune and prosper when stars align to release yourself from the prison.
