This card deck will help you quiet the Eating Disorder voice, calm your anxiety and challenge your fears, so that you can nourish yourself with a sense of peace and confidence. You can use these cards a number of ways: Choose your favorite cards and spread them out around your plate so you can see them while you eat. Try reading through the entire deck before you sit down to nourish yourself. You may want to pull out the entire deck and read through them one at a time as you are eating.
