Middle Management is a tongue-in-cheek, light-hearted strategy game based in the corporate world. As a mid-level-manager in a major company, you simultaneously need to manage your employees while dealing with the ridiculous and sometimes frustrating initiatives from the corporate office.

But like any manager in a large corporation, it doesn't really matter how good you are at your job. Promotion is based on your performance relative to your peers. So if you're a shrewd manager, you'll strategically use your employees to work important projects, but also to hinder your fellow manager's progress.
