In Mistrial, you and your friends will assume the positions of upstanding members of the Court. You all will dispense justice towards a variety of Defendants and their specific Charges, whether it’s in their favor or not. By using a variety of unique Evidence, along with some persuasion and listening skills, you will all be champions of the law! However, it’s important to note that the Defendants, Charges, and Evidence thrown your way will be slightly different than what you see on TV. Most of them are much more unlawful than a normal lawyer would have hoped for. But you all won’t be normal lawyers, anyway.
The goal of the game is to get the most points by the end of it. You get points by using specific cards or winning in your specific case while you are either the Prosecution or the Defense. Everyone else will pay close attention to your case and will be the ultimate deciding factor in who wins or loses. As mentioned before, persuasion and listening is the key to victory. But even more important than that is to have fun and embrace the chaos that this game has to offer. Good luck and good lawyer-ing!
