The elderly wizard Zeljin zipped and zapped around the woods collecting ingredients for his dinner. Looking forward to his world-famous toadstool and cactus burgers, he returned at sunset to his treehouse hidden atop an ancient sturdysprout tree on the edge of Gnarlwood Forest. Removing his cloak, he discovered a hole in his bag of Magic Jelly Beans. Oh, no! they must be scattered all over the forest. Tricky creatures live in those woods and the old wizard is exhausted, he needs you and your friends to find them and bring them back. He has promised to mash up the magic beans as a reward, but only if you can bring them back in the right combinations.
Players attempt to find pairs of jelly beans from a pool of face down tokens. When a player discovers unmatched pairs, they may collect a recipe card. Players must also watch out for monsters hiding among the jelly bean tokens, waiting to hide all the jellybeans.
This is a family fun game of matching and memory with a drop of strategy to help kids develop these lines of thinking and to keep the parents engaged as well.
