Not Another Word Game

The Aim of the Game: Get rid of all of your cards first!

(A short game sequence)

The Setup: Pick a dealer. The dealer creates a 3, 4, or 5 letter word from any cards in the deck and places that word in the middle of the table. The dealer then shuffles the remaining cards and deals 7 cards to each player. The dealer then places the remaining cards face down in a draw pile.

Starting with the player on the left of the dealer, and proceeding clockwise, each player can do ONE of the following on their turn:

1. Place a letter from your hand on top of one of the letters to make a new word + Optional Rearrange
2. Place a letter from your hand in a new spot to create a longer word - 5 is the max length + Optional Rearrange
3. Combine two letters (stacks) to make a shorter word - 3 is the min length + Optional Rearrange
4. Draw a card (When all words escape you!)
5. Discard a card in your hand and draw 2 cards (If you need to ditch a letter)

+ Optional Rearrange - you can rearrange any or all of the letter stacks while creating your new word.
