Description

This delightfully illustrated tarot deck is themed around the natural world of New Zealand, a fascinating country. Based on the traditional Rider-Waite deck, the suits are now represented by different habitats, and the flora and fauna that calls it home. From the depths of the native forest, to the harsh reaches of the alpine range, across the golden shores and rolling waves to the urban environment of concrete and money, all can be found in this unique deck.

There are 80 cards in this deck - the traditional Major and Minor arcana, plus two bonus Major Arcana cards and an additional "Artist" card not intended for fortune-telling purposes. Included is a document detailing the individual species with a few facts about each and how it pertains to the meaning of the card, to aid in interpretations.

Cards measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches, ideal for display in a trading card folder if not intended for fotune telling use.
