Description
One Week By Train is a game about building the perfect week-long railroad trip across Europe. You'll get to design your trip while learning about the culture of 40 different cities across Europe.
The goal of the game is to plan the best trip, while completing the Route within seven days and filling out an Itinerary that contains seven different items.
There are three phases of play:
- First, players plan out week-long trips by train across Europe, selecting from the available Route cards and placing their Rail tokens on the map.
- Next, players take their trips and purchase Itinerary cards. Each Itinerary needs to have a Hotel, a Dinner, an Experience, Clothing, a Snack, and a Souvenir.
- Finally, players advertise their trips to their fellow players to determine the winner.
Each city has beautiful photographs and detailed descriptions of the available Itinerary items. With almost 300 Itinerary cards, you'll be able to create any trip you can imagine: adventurous, relaxing, luxurious, and more!

- This game contains a premium upgrade called UV Coating that makes the printed components more durable.
- This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
