Times are hungry in the middle ages. You are monks in the Order of the Famished Friar, tending your garden to put food on the table. Plant your crops carefully to be the first to fill the monastery's menu.
Players must garden and rotate crops within a 3x3 grid, planning ahead to satisfy the menu before other players. But the Chicken is always fouling up your plots! You must chase it to another plot each turn, confounding the other gardeners or protecting a crop you need on a coming turn.
The Order of the Famished Friar is a compact card game in a mint tin, for 1-3 players. Most games take just 15-20 minutes. Once a player completes the Menu, they must immediately announce "Serve it Forthe!" and are the winner.
