Pass the Meeples!
Requirements
Description
Pass the Meeples is a push-your-luck game based on the public domain game Pig.
On your turn, roll both meeples and see how they land. If one lands face up and one face down you bust and score nothing for the round, if not you score points according to the score chart.
Be the first to reach 100 points to win!
Note: The game plays best on a padded surface like a tablecloth. Keep this in mind before playing.
Behind the Game
The game was born out of a desire to "create a better pig" as it were. Following my blog post on Board Game Geek: Creating a Better Pig, I wanted to try and make something with more reliable rolling characteristics than the rubber suidae equivalents made by a certain publisher.
Given that the other game is based on the public domain dice game, "Pig", I thought it would be fair enough to give my own version a shot, provided I changed the scoring criteria.
The fonts used in this project are Brickbat and Fortune Letters by P.D. Magnus.
