Pizza King

Pizza King began as an idea over the 2022 Christmas holidays. The basic idea is to collect Topping Cards in order to make Pizzas. The underlying goals were to make a game that is fun, easy to play, has some strategy involved, but is random enough that anyone has a chance to win.

Here’s a brief summary of a typical round of the game: Each player is dealt four Topping Cards and one Pizza Card is revealed. Then each player decides on one Topping Card to discard. This is repeated twice more, ending up with three Pizza Cards revealed and each player having nine Topping Cards left in their hand. Then each player gets the opportunity to score points by completing as many of the revealed Pizzas as they can with the Toppings they have in their hand. (There are more details, but that gives you the gist.)
