Introduction

A deadly plague has struck the Kingdom of Trokv, claiming many lives in a short period of time. Word has spread that the Royal City of Dair is offering a cure for those willing to pay a large monetary sum, attracting crowds from all over the Kingdom. You are one of those pilgrims, on their way to the Royal City. The journey will be hard, with many dangers on the horizon. Do you have what it takes to make it out alive?

Gameplay Overview

In Plaguefall, you'll have to traverse 4 cards, called Regions. Regions have 4 spaces each, and each space may propose you with quests or combat encounters.

Quests are small side missions which may earn you gold or equipment. Combat instead will wear down you and your weapons, and encounters will only get tougher as you get closer to your goal. Of course, Infection is always looming in the shadows, threatening to erode your physical capabilities.

If you manage to survive all challenges on your travels, one final trial will decide your fate: Gold. End the game with enough gold in your pockets and you'll have obtained the elusive cure, fail to do so and suffer a tragic fate.

• 14 Weapons, with 6 different classes and abilities;

• 16 Quest Cards;

• Dangerous & Infectious encounter types.
