Powerplex Pro Wrestling: Archetypes Expansion

Professional wrestling has been a global phenomenon for decades, crossing borders, oceans and cultures. Whether you’re a gravity-defying luchador, or an all-business shooter at the end of the day it’s all about scoring that 1-2-3.

The Archetypes expansion allows you to select your style, and pit it against styles from around the world. Choose to play as puroresu, luchador, face, heel, shooter or monster. Each archetype has its own set of powerful custom cards which highlight the traits of that style. Shooters are lethal, monsters are utterly destructive, faces draw on their fans for power and heels are low down and dirty as they come.

If you like you can hybridize a style to get closer to your favorite wrestlers. Want to play as Brock Lesnar? Play as a hybrid monster/shooter. Is El Generico your favorite wrestler? Go for a luchador/babyface hybrid.

The Archetypes expansion includes 40 new cards, including a belt card, which you can choose to put on the line as you fight to prove your style is strongest. The Archetypes expansion will raise the House Show Edition of the game to arena worthy status!
