Quorum - New Horizons builds upon the Quorum Base Set. New lands await colonization and new buildings are at your disposal. Go island-hopping or harvest the raw materials of the swamp. Build an airport and rule the skies or train your zealots to be militants with the training camp. Two new action cards will allow you to wreak more havoc on your rivals.
Lead your government to new heights and harness new-found power as you seek out new horizons.
This set contains enough cards for up to three players.
