Quill grew up in the Noiver Tribe in the snow covered mountains north of Stratic City with his mother and younger sister since his father left the tribe at a young age. It was a modest life but a comfortable one. Quill is always in high spirits and always tries to turn every bad situation into a game that is fun for everyone through Revion. Eventually Quill's tribe falls on hard times where electricity and even food starts to become scares due to inflated prices. So Quill decides to leave his tribe for Stratic City, vowing to keep in touch and send money home weekly.
