You have an army at your disposal. An army of fighters clad in their shining armor. An army of spell casters bristling with ethereal power. An army with pikes and shields, with bows and blades. And how you use that army is entirely up to you.
You have an objective, of course. To conquer the field. To erase your opponent from the map. To be the last army standing. But how to accomplish that goal? Do you deploy archers or greatswords against the enemy pikes? Do you bolster your unit of shield men with a healer or with a sorcerer? Do you call for a knight or summon an undead soldier? These are the choices that will lead to success... or to ruin.
In Rhiassan Line Battle, you must draw and play combinations of cards in order to overpower your opponent and take over each section of the line. Plan for success by building sets of color and number, and try to predict and beat the sets that your opponent is attempting to put together. Prove you are the most worthy commander the only way possible; through victory.
The lines are ready. Honor and glory are at stake. Lay on.
