Rise of the Cabal is a trick taking game, where each of you is trying to build up enough influence to take control of the Cabal. Take tricks to gain points, but you can only gain points for your best suit. Plus your opponents will be sending bombers and spies to work against you.
And be sure to watch out for the Femme Fatale; she'll neutralize your best attempt!
