Rogue's Company

What you see before you is the Mercenary's Card Deck.

In each of the four suits, Beasts, Flames, Towers, and Songs, there are twelve numerical cards, numbered with the Fibonacci sequence and individually illustrated, as well as a Knave and a Knight in each suit. In addition to these are the three unsuited cards; the Poison, Cloak, and Dagger.

Used to play multiple games in the vein of traditional card games, but with their own special twists, the possibilities with the Mercenary's Card Deck are endless.

In Rogue's Company you compete to collect the highest ranking set of four cards before the deck runs out, but beware! Your opponents will cheat at every turn unless your eyes are sharp and your wits sharper.

Hawkwood's Gauntlet is a trick-taking game that pits saints against scoundrels. Knights or Knaves can net you a greater score, or damage your score, depending on whether you are a reputed truth-teller, or infamous liar.

Battle for glory in the sum-and-capture game, Canturino, or shirk your duties in the contract trick-taking game, Scutage.

Or, in true Mercenary spirit, make your own rules, and play games of your own invention.
