SEPTRA

Septra is a battle royale game where players compete to outlast their enemies as the island gradually floods..

Players start by parachuting onto the island and scavenging for weapons. Each turn, players can take up to three actions, including moving, looting, engaging in combat, and healing.

After every player has taken their turn, the flood phase begins, submerging parts of the map and making them unplayable.

Loot drop cards are drawn at the start of the round showing where loot tokens will be placed on the map. Players on those tiles may decide to use a loot action in which the player will draw a card from the loot pile adding it to their hand.

Combat is a dice based combat in which the attacking and defending player both have chances to damage each other. Players will place a loot card they want to use in combat. The attacking player will go first and roll the dice. Example: The pistol Rolling a 1-3 will cause no damage. Rolling a 4-6 will cause one damage to your enemy.

Players may also place down ziplines in order to cross flooded tiles. Once a zipline is on a flooded tile that zipline is broken and taken off the map.

The ultimate goal is to be the last player or team standing before the rising waters claim the island.

Setup the hex tiles make up the board. place the tiles in any configuration. This is so the board is always changing for different playthroughs.

Next shuffle the loot deck and the Drop cards and place them to the right of the board.

Each player will then choose a player card, 5 health cubes, 1 drop card, and 1 pawn.

START OF THE ROUND Whoever is first player will draw 3 drop cards. flip the drop cards face up to show the locations, this is where the loot tokens will be placed for this round. After the loot tokens have been placed, discard the drop cards.

First turn looking at your drop card place your pawn on that tile and discard your drop card. Players during their turn may preform upto 3 of the following: Move Loot Combat Heal

Moving When a player decideds to move 1 space equals 1 action, unless player is using a zipline. In that case, 1 zipline to another zipline cost 1 action

Looting If a player is on a tile that has a loot token that player may decide to loot. The loot token will be taken off the board and placed in the token pool. Player will then grab the top card off the loot deck placing it in their hand. Players can have a max of 5 cards.

Combat When a player starts a combat action, the active player is the attacking player and will go first. The attacking player will choose a loot card that has a weapon on it. The defending player will also choose a Loot card that has a weapon (if they have one) Players will then roll the dice to detrimine damage. If a player is emilinated after combat is over, the emliniated player hands over their cards, to which the other player may pick and choose any loot they want from that hand. Player will then discard the rest of the cards next to the loot deck face up. Any weapons used in combat are then place faced down and can not be used again until the start of your next turn.

Healing If a player has taken damage and has either a bandage or med kit, that player may decide to heal. Once that player has healed discard the loot card next to the loot deck face up.

Flood Phase After each player has taken their turn, the first player will draw two drop cards, turn them face up in order to see which tiles are to be flipped over and flooded. after the tiles are flipped discard the drop cards. after the flood phase is over the first player will then start the top of a new round.
