Settlers Of Catan - Natural Disasters

Various misfortune have struck Catan sometimes preventing resource production! An earthquake may prevent mining or clay production, disease can affect lumber or wool production and locus can wipe out a wheat crop!

This is a set of supplemental rules which can be used with all Catan editions to introduce an element of misfortune to Catan.

These supplemental rules do not provide any additional game components to your existing edition of Catan. They just provide a set of slight modifications to the regular Catan rules to implement these random natural disasters.

You must own one of the editions of Settlers Of Catan to make use of these supplemental rules. Although the supplemental rules make reference to the core Catan rules, none of the core rules are explained as part of this supplemental.
