Description
A man walks up to you, with a sword on his shoulder, and challenge you to a duel. You know you are a master of Jeet Kune Do but have only your fists to fight with, do you accept the challenge?
In Shaolin Battle, you are a Shaolin Master, walking around on Chinas rice fields and forests. Seeking other great Masters to duel to see who really is the strongest.
Become stronger by learning animal styles or master new weapons. Duelling Sifu Chuen to master new Shaolin styles. Why not a combo like Tai Shi Drunken fist Tiger claw while using a Two handled broadsword! Just a thought...
How to play:
You use cards to move your characters around in a circle to get closer to your enemy.
You can do actions such as Attack, Duel a Master and Buy new cards to your hand. When you attack your enemy you are able to use Weapon cards and other cards to get a lot of bonuses to win. The dice decides who is the strongest. Drink Saké to regain life points, break your enemys weapons to make them weaker and use different Shaolin styles to get stronger!
The game ends when only one player has his character still in play.
The time it takes to play the game depends a lot on how many players and how many characters you use.
In a normal game with only two players can take 30 minutes.
But a game with 5 players and two characters each can take more than 2 hours.
