Space Engine - Card Deck

How the Space Engine Works:

Your space engine is responsible for powering four key systems aboard the ship:

• Propulsion (red) – Without it, your ship won’t move.
• Life Support (green) – Without it, your ship’s crew must be placed in stasis.
• NavComm (blue) – Without it, your ship’s navigation computer won’t know where to go.
• Sci/Ex (yellow) – Without it, your ship’s science and exploration equipment array will fail causing you to lose earth funding.

The Space Engine card deck opens up new possibilities for card games. This deck includes instructions for 5 games exclusive to the Space Engine. Described below.

New games are being tested everyday. Try adapting some of your old favorite games to the Space Engine.

This game includes

• 52 System Cards - Cards with up to 3 systems working at various levels.
• 2 Quadrillithium Cards - The mysterious Quadrillithium can power any system.

Here's a brief description of the games

MALFUNCTION! Players: 1-4 | Time: 10-20 min - The SPACE ENGINE is damaged and to repair it the engine tanks must be emptied and placed back in order!

SYSTEM SIX Players: 3-6 | Time 10-20 min - The SPACE ENGINE’s output has reached dangerous levels - especially systems with 6 units and Quadrillithium! Contain the most systems to win!

SPACE JACKED! Players: 1-4 | Time: 10-20 min - Compete for scientific discovery! Whoever has the most Sci/Ex when the cards run out wins.

CALIBRATE Players: 1 | Time: 10-20 min - The SPACE ENGINE is acting wonky. It needs calibration. Can you do it?

SATURNIAN TWIST Players: 2-6 | Time: 15-30 min - Saturn’s orbit is wreaking havoc with the SPACE ENGINE’s systems. Be the first to contain ‘em all!
