  1. Set up the Display Case. Remove everything from the deck box and place both halves—hollow sides together—in the center of the play area. This is the Display Case.
  2. Stock the ice cream. Shuffle together all the Scoops of Ice Cream. Place 1 Scoop face-up on each bucket of the Display Case. Place the rest in a face-down pile next to the Display Case.
  3. Prepare your work areas. Distribute 3 Serving Bowls to each player, and give them a Reference Card along with a Cone.
  4. Distribute Napkins. Shuffle the Napkins and deal 3 to each player. They must keep at least 2. They may choose to keep the third, or return it to the bottom of the Napkin pile.
  5. Reveal Orders. Shuffle all the Cone/Order Cards. Draw 2 Cards per player, plus 1, and place them order-side-up in a row next to the Display Case. (Example: for a 3-player game, use 6+1, or 7 cards total.)
  6. Stock the back counter. Place these items off to the side in a supply area where all co-workers can reach them:

    • Cones (Cone-side up)
    • Cherries
    • Ice Cream Scoopers (for 2/3/4 players, use 1/2/2 Scoopers)
    • Napkins (logo side up)
  7. Tidy up. Remove any remaining items from the play area.

The last person to eat ice cream is the first player.

Notes

  • This game contains a premium upgrade called UV Coating that makes the printed components more durable.
  • This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
