Overview

This is the expanded version of the Star piece card game featuring new factions, a new mode for the game and additional exclusive material designed to help players quickly familiarize with the strenghts and weaknesses of every unique deck of cards.

The Star piece Premium Edition comes with 8 different factions players can choose from. The 5 original factions from the base game consolidated their kingdoms:

• Camelia
• Firexis
• Desert
• Shadow
• Holy

In addition, 3 new powers arose:

• Snow
• Crystal
• Harmony

The Arena mode, a new way of experiencing the game, has been introduced. The rules regarding the Star piece are simplified, allowing more players to enjoy the game. Now you can choose between playing with the standard game rules (1v1 or 2v2 duels) and with the Arena mode rules (AllvAll, 2 to 8 players).

Every faction has its own deck consisting of 20 cards with a numeric value

and 1 special card called Star piece.

Every faction has its own strengths and weaknesses, so the side you take will have repercussions on your game and you will have to think carefully when to use your highest value cards.

The Premium edition provides players with 8 exclusive Faction overview folios (1 per faction) to help them better visualize and understand the peculiarities of each faction.

Game

The game is divided into rounds, in which players normally play one card each. The player who has the highest value card on the board wins the round, collects all the cards on the board and starts the following round first.

Once per game players can use their Star piece card. It doesn't have any value in points but rather some special abilities that can be activated to change the course of the game.

At the end of the game, players will calculate the total amount of points scored with the cards they collected during the game, and the player with the highest score will be declared the ASASTARA, the winner!
