Transform a an unsustainable suburb of single-family houses into a diverse, affordable, and walkable town. Remove legal housing limits to let the citizens build, then connect buildings with streetcar lines of your own color to score points.
This video shows cubes from the print-and-play version; the GameCrafter version comes with plain wood cubes.
Streetcar Suburb has no luck or hidden information, and rewards strategic play. The randomized setup is neutral to both players, ensuring that every game is both unique and fair. With mechanisms drawn from crayon rail, cube rail, and connection games, Streetcar Suburb appeals to fans of euros, train games, and abstracts.
Players remove single-family housing limits from the board and place building cubes on the empty spaces, then draw streetcar lines directly onto the board with dry erase markers. Each house you take scores 1 point per building cube of the same color connected to your streetcar line. But, the houses you leave on the board will control the color and height of the new buildings, so you must choose carefully to maximize your score.

NOTE: Streetcar Suburb doesn't include a retail box inside the shipping box. Since it's not being sold in a store, it doesn't make sense to add $15 to an $18 game just to put another box inside the box. If you want to keep all of the components in a box, please use the shipping box or another box of your own choosing.
