Description
Taproot is a quick-to-learn, light strategy game for 2 players that only takes 10 minutes to play!
The player who most recently watered a plant goes first, then players take turns growing roots to collect water tokens. The game ends when one player has collected all of their water tokens or no more roots can be placed. The player with the most water tokens wins!
Taproot's play area is flexible, so it can be played on any flat surface. Plus, its compact size makes it perfect for a date at a cafe, passing time at the doctor's office, waiting for food at a restaurant, or a family game night on the kitchen table - it's portable fun!
Enjoy a relaxing game with a cup of tea and casual conversation, or engage in intense competition where every root counts!

The box itself is also used during setup. Throw the water tokens in the box, shake 'em up, and pour 'em out!
Feel free to customize your copy of Taproot. Use your own favorite rocks instead of the included tokens, or make your own wacky root shapes out of cardboard. Have fun with it!

Notes
- This game contains a premium upgrade where the printed components will be embossed with a linen texture.
- This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
