Teamopoly
The Teamopoly game focuses on implementing Team Based Care (TBC) at primary care practices. It was created in 2018 by JSI in close collaboration with Rio Grande Hospital Clinic and the Colorado Community Health Network, as part of the Colorado TBC Initiative funded by the CO Health Foundation. Teamopoly provides a road map for onboarding new staff and spreading Team Based Care to practices. Teamopoly is meant to be played in conjunction with Improvingprimarycare.org which is a extensive resource for TBC content. In addition to the game, your purchase comes with a free download of one-page overviews of each of the components of Team Based Care. Let the learning begin!
