Terror Cell - Washington, DC

NSA intelligence discovered that three well-trained Terrorists were sent to Washington, DC. Communications intercepts corroborated this information and a Homeland Security informant demonstrated solid evidence that all three Terrorists arrived through Dulles Airport yesterday. Credible reports state that their mission, as yet unknown, is ambitious and would be devastating to the United States. There is a ten-day window with which to carry out their plans. As Head of Homeland Security, you must try to identify and expose the three Terrorists, locate their Hideout in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, and discover and disrupt their Missions using DC, Northern VA, and suburban MD Police units, FBI Agent teams, and any NSA intelligence that comes your way. As leader of the Terror Cell, you must avoid detection as you send out terrorists to complete preparatory tasks and accumulate Assets needed to execute the Primary and Secondary Missions. This game is dedicated to those adversely affected by terrorism throughout the world- the victims, their families and loved ones, first-responders, and those that make it their job to defeat terrorism and those who sponsor it.
