Description
THE ADVENTURES OF
This is an open world, “choose your own adventure” style of board game. There are Dungeons to explore, treasures to find, and even a dragon to vanquish. How you do all of that is up to you. If you find it too easy, add additional Monster Cards. If you find it too hard, pick up an extra weapon. The choice is yours. Every game can be a new adventure.
THE STORY
For the last 1000 years, the Kingdom has been at peace, but there have been strange sounds coming from the mountain for a few months, and at night, you can sometimes see them glow red like fire. There is a legend of a Dragon King that will awaken from its sleep every 1000 years to feast.
The King believes that the legends are true, and if so, only the Mystic Sword can send the Dragon King back into the mountain to sleep for another 1000 years. The Mystic Sword has, however, been lost, and you are the Kingdom’s only hope. You must battle your way across the land, visit the ancient Dungeons and find the Mystic Sword before it’s too late.

One of the best editions to my weekly tabletop gaming session with the boys. If you're a fan of retro video games or pixel art in general, I highly recommend this game.
A simple game of adventure and discovery. With a deck of items and monsters, each round is unique. The art is nostalgic and beautiful.
