What is the Talking Forest?

This new array is a unique and evocative tree rune system illustrating our beloved trees in all their majesty. These beautifully crafted sigils, made of sturdy chipboard, are round and double-sided, easily fitting into the small pouch provided. Unlike the Celtic Ogham, which is not technically a tree rune system, the Talking Forest evokes the trees of our parks, meadows and forests. Runes included are Oak, Maple, Pine, Cedar, Cherry and many more! Three unique layouts and a handy informative guidebook are included with the array. Background:

The 42 Talking Forest runes are a result of many years of studying and reflecting on trees in my local neighbourhood. The runes were designed to mirror as best as possible, each tree’s spiritual aura, as well as its environmental, historic and folkloric impact on human life. The resulting array includes trees common to North America’s boreal, Carolinian and coastal forests. I hope and trust purchasers will "carry the forest with them", while gaining inner wisdom and understanding from working with these elegant runes.
