The object of the game is to get five of your pieces in a row, either vertically, horizontally or diagonally. The board consists of the numbers 1-99 arranged in 10 rows of 10 columns. The deck contains 100 cards, numbered 0 to 99.
Each player's hand contains up to 4 cards. On your turn you may either play a card, or pass and draw a card. You cannot pass if your hand already contains 4 cards. Under normal rules, if your hand contains only one card it can ONLY be played to win (not to block) else you must pass and draw a card.
There's just one little catch! A card may not be played on a space with a value less than the value of the card. Cards 0 and 1 will play anywhere, card 50 will play on 50-99 but not 1-49. Card 99 will play ONLY on space 99! Get 5 in a row and you win!
Hints: Play high cards first and keep your low cards. Don't play yourself out of cards, keep a couple to block with. Four in a row can't be blocked if both ends are open, so block your opponent at three in a row if you can. Watch those diagonals! They're easily overlooked when the board fills up.
