Third Wheel

Third wheel is a unique drafting/trick-taking game made for 3 players.

In Third wheel, players are in a post-apocalyptic setting. The goal of each player is to use the scrapped wheels from the desolate world to create futuristic space vehicles. The player with the most points at the end of the game will be the winner.

Players will be each dealt a hand of 9 cards. These consist of a combinations of wheels from various vehicles. To complete a set of vehicles for points, you need the number of wheels depending on the vehicle. (4 wheels for a car, 2 for a motorcycles, etc)

Each turn, all 3 players will choose 1 wheel card from their hand to play. All cars are revealed at the same time. If they all belong to different vehicles, all players keep their played card. If they are all the same, they are all discarded. Finally, if 2 are the same and one if the odd one out, the player who played the odd one gets all 3 played cards. At the end of all 9 cards, players total their points. After 3 rounds, the highest total of points win!
