Description
Thistle by S&T Games is a unique card game for 2-4 players (or teams). Using a Scottish theme, the game represents 10 Scottish clans. There are 10 suits with 9 identical cards in each. In addition, there is a "coat of arms" for each suit, and 6 castle cards, both of which add additional points. Each round you draw a face-up card that you must play immediately, then you can play from your hand. The goal is to form sets or "books" of six cards. The game works on simple mechanics, but requires strategy, as opponents can also capture cards from one another. A single game often lasts anywhere from half an hour to an hour.
