Defending the free world can't be done for free. Its surprisingly expensive and that is where you come in. As the head of a TLA or Three Letter Agency, like the CIA, NSA or FBI, it is your job to persuade the current President that your agency is most deserving of funding in the War on Terror. Your partners in the military industrial complex are relying on you to bring home the bacon. So what are you waiting for start negotiating! Before the head of some other TLA appropriates all the funding.
