Description
In an ancient crumbling empire, there are magical mysteries scattered across the landscape, monsters and bandits preying on travellers and merchants, and a few scattered towns where town guards keep up an ancient tradition of keeping the peace.
Town Guard is a game combining elements of roleplaying, strategic game play and a bit of chaos. It uses a fusion of card play and dice to keep the action moving quickly, and allows for a huge diversity of character types, advancement and victory conditions.
Gameplay is quick to learn and can easily be adapted to a variety of play styles, from communal storytelling, tactical strategy or simply beer-and-pretzels.
Coming soon, a variety of expansion sets will add new character types and abilities, as well as a variety of new locations and troubles for the town guards to confront.

Notes
- This game contains a premium upgrade called UV Coating that makes the printed components more durable.
- This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
