Download up-to-date Rules at the link provided below.
You can take the PDF file on a flash drive, or email the file, to your local FedEx Office or UPS store, or equivalent, and ask for something like 14pt glossy card stock full bleed, and get yourself a nicer set of rules. I think it costs something like $6 if you're interested in that.

A cheaper solution is to go with 32-lb glossy card stock. I think that goes for under $3. Make sure to ask them to cut the white off if they don't do the full bleed correctly.
You can also just print it out at home.
