Truth: Outreach edition (36) does NOT come with traditional packaging or game rules.
The packaging is a clear plastic container, about the size of a deck of cards.
This is not meant to be an expansion to the game.
It is meant to be used as ministry outreach cards, to spread the Word of God.
(Obviously, you can also use them for cheap Bible Scripture memorization.)
