Inspiration

UFOs - Supernova Escape is created for The Game Crafter's community contest That Cool Stock Part Challenge. The Game Crafter has a lot of unique 3D printed components, and we are really charmed by the cute UFOs. Our ambition was to create a game with a cool table presence where at some point the board contains a flock of space ships, UFOs. Limited by the contests rules, we have kept things simple .... but tactical. At first, the game feels a bit like checkers in space, but after a few round you'll find it much more interactive, better-looking and more fun.

Note related to the Action Shots

The action shots show pictures of the prototype where we use discs instead of UFOs (unfortunately there was not enough time to get the UFOs in the EU before the contest deadline). We have added digital renders with UFO's to show the final designs.
