Description

New Rockford city, a cesspool of crime, villany, and drugs, is the backdrop of this fantasy life of crime. After a five year incarceration in the New Rockford county jail, your first day of freedom starts with recovering your stash. With your stash in hand you set about building your Urban Empire, all the while dodging cops and customes officials, to become the kingpin of New Rockford.

Each Player throws the die. The player with the highest
roll is the first to play. Each player is given 3 actions per turn to move, buy, or sell. At the end of their turn, if any IN-TOWN Product transactions were made, a Police Patrol card is pulled and every cop car is moved accordingly. If at any time during a cops movement, his path goes through or will stop on a players position, that players is "pulled over", and a Traffic Stop card is pulled. After all cops have moved, and all (if any) traffic stops are resolved, the turn passes to the player on the left. Cops can be removed from the game by Paying a $100,000 bride for him to retire. You become the Kingpin of New Rockford City and win the game when you amass $1,000,000.
