Featuring innovative gameplay mechanics designed to capture the dealmaking in infrastructure politics, the High Speed Rail Game takes a simple, interactive approach: when it's your turn to lay new track, you'll ask the other players for proposals and pick one to go with.
- Only 1 page of rules. - Sets up in 1 minute: just shuffle the cards and go.
- All math limited to single digit numbers. - Just four types of tiles.
Different voter blocs represent different regions and industries in the U.S. You represent three of them. Two are public for the other players to see, the third, well, that's your hidden agenda!
To win, you'll want to satisfy at least two of your three.
On your turn, other players will propose where they want to extend the system to, and you'll pick from their choices.
Want to do some "I'll pick yours if you'll pick mine"? Go for it. Maybe they'll return the favor, maybe they won't. It's not personal, it's politics!
The Second Edition of U.S. High Speed Rail adds six new cards, for a total of 24.

- This game contains a premium upgrade called UV Coating that makes the printed components more durable.
- This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
