Utopia

Seven years after the start of World War III, the last bombs have finally fallen and the world begins to rebuild. You are one of the four remaining world leaders hoping to rebuild a civilization on the ashes of your once great nation. Unfortunately, what was left of the infrastructure has collapsed into anarchy. People are hungry, vigilante justice is the only law, and beliefs and customs of the pre-war era are all but lost. What little power you still have, isn’t enough to even get a functioning government off the ground.

There is still hope. People are tired of war and struggling. Most of the citizens want something to do, and everyone wants to build a better world. The reset button has been pressed, but all of the resources that you need are still there, you just need to find them. Engage your citizens to help you build the society of your dreams. You have the opportunity to remake the entire society, possibly the entire world, into your own personal utopia.

Engage your citizens in helping to rebuild society, have them collect the resources left by the crumbed pre-war society and put them to work in developing a new, better society. Help transform them from an anarchistic mob to engaged, productive, happy citizens. But remember to keep the number of citizens under control, if you have too few, you won’t be able to gather enough resources to produce, too many and the ones you can’t keep bust will cause trouble.

Develop your government, pass laws, institute beliefs, and produce. Can you create a new world with productive happy citizens?
