VIGINTI
The objective of the game is to take all of your opponents out and be the last player standing.
The game is for 2 to 4 players.
Each player starts with 5 pawns, placing them anywhere one wishes, so long as the¬y are placed on a red square. The players can only move diagonally on the red squares. The game is played clockwise. To see who goes first each player rolls the D-20 and whoever gets the highest number goes first. At the beginning of each turn, each player rolls a D-20 and a D-12 dice simultaneously.
If the D-20 lands on 11 through 20, then the player rolls the D-12 again for their number of moves. If the D-20 is 1 through 10, the player is unable to move.
If the player rolls two of a kind, say a D-20 (8) and a D-12 (8), then the player is allowed to use the yellow squares, which are jump points. The player then rolls the D-12 and moves on the red squares until he/she lands on a yellow square and from there the player can move to any other yellow square on the board and continue with their moves and motivation in taking out as many opponents as possible. A player may choose to stay on a yellow square, as a safe space, if and only if, that was the very last number of moves rolled on the D-12. Yet be warned, if another player rolls two of a kind, say a D-20 (3) and a D-12 (3), the player who rolled can still take your pawn on the yellow square.
If the player rolls a D-20 (13) the player is allowed to use the Black Cube. The Black Cube can only move vertically and horizontally through the gray squares, and red squares yet not through yellow squares. The Black Cube uses the D-20 for an attack. Once the Black Cube is played it must be returned to its designated space.
If the player rolls a D-20 (20) the player is allowed to use the White Cube. The White Cube can only move diagonally over red, gray and yellow squares. The White Cube can also use the yellow squares as jump points as well. The White Cube uses the D-20 for an attack. Once the White Cube is played it must be returned to its designated space.
A player cannot move over one of their own pieces.
A player is allowed to eliminate multiple opponents in one move; in fact, it is encouraged.
The Score Pad is used so that each player can keep a total of the combined points of their rolls. Once a player gets a total of 240 points or above, that player automatically gets to use the D-20 for their next attack. After that, the player needs to get another 240 points or above to be able to use the D-20 again.
If the players wish they can add 10 more pawns each to their color, being red, white, yellow and black. That would give each player 15 pawns, and with four players that is a total of 60 pawns on the board for utter mayhem and absolute annihilation.
Extra pawns are sold separately.
