Action cards are a new card like items specific to this expansion. Items can only be placed on the respective hero, action cards grant an extra ability to anyone. This card can only be used once, so it's discarded when used. If you draw an action card, play it immediately on a hero of your choice. Action cards cannot be placed on a hero that has an item or vice-versa.
