Village Council

You are a member of your Village Council. As a Village leader it is your job to make the Village the best it can be with a limited number of resources. The question is who decides what is the best for your Village? Is it the wealthiest? Strongest? Best supported? Most moral? What happens when personal motivations get in the way of doing your job? Can you create a Village in your vision?

The Village is a game with unique elements that provide a new board game experience. Everyone gets 2 cards that determine their character. A job determines their special ability, resources, and how they get points to win. Their motivation is held secret. The motivation adds methods to win or changes how you win. With this system there are 100 possible characters and you will never play the same game twice.

With elements of negotiation, bribes, voting, resource management, secrets, and manipulation this is a game for anyone who is fans of Mafia, Diplomacy, or Euro-style games in general.
